The West Valley Art Museum will be featuring work by contemporary watercolorists of Arizona in an exhibit that runs through Nov. 10.

West Valley Art Museum is showcasing watercolorists

The West Valley Art Museum will be featuring work by contemporary watercolorists of Arizona in an exhibit that runs through Nov. 10.

This notable group is comprised of 40 of the state’s top artists highlighting the many nuances and variations possible in water media.

It is a juried members showcase. On Thursday, Sept. 23 from 4 to 6 p.m. there will be an awards reception.

Masks must be worn within city hall and during the reception.

The WVAM Art Gallery is located on the first floor of Peoria City Hall, 8401 W. Monroe Street, in Old Town Peoria.

Gallery hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Thursday from noon to 6 p.m.
