The Starbucks property located at 28379 N. El Mirage Road in Peoria has sold for $3.45 million, according to a news release.

Cushman & Wakefield announced that the real estate services firm has arranged the investment sale of the retail property, which will remain leased to Starbucks through the transaction.

SimonCRE sold the property to 83rd Ave + Camelback Rd, LLC and Sunset Square Plaza LLC, with Chris Hollenbeck and Shane Carter of Cushman & Wakefield representing the seller.
