INDEPENDENT NEWSMEDIA
A $50,000 winning Powerball ticket was sold at the Circle K at 8325 W. Deer Valley Road in Peoria, March 30.
Other winning locations for the Powerball on that date includled:
Safeway - 3800 W. Happy Valley Rd., Phoenix- $50,000 win
Circle K - 6691 W. Greenway Rd., Glendale - $150,000 (w/Powerplay)
Walmart - 1741 E. Florence Rd., Casa Grande - $150,000 (w/Powerplay)
There were no winning tickets for Wednesday night's estimated $1.09 billion Powerball pot. So an estimated reward of at least $1.23 billion will be available in the next Powerball drawing, April 6.
Saturday's jackpot will be Powerball's fourth biggest ever and the eighth biggest in U.S. lottery history.
The winning numbers for Wednesday night's Powerball drawing were 11, 38, 41, 62, 65 and Powerball 15.
A jackpot winner has the option of having the money doled out in one immediate payout followed by annual payments over 29 years or a single lump sum payment of an estimated $527.3 million.
The Powerball jackpot has been inching closer and closer to a billion since the beginning of the year. It was last hit on New Year’s Day in Michigan by a ticket that won $842.4 million.
