The city of Peoria and the Arizona Department of Transportation have initiated the design of a project to extend El Mirage Road from Loop 303 to Jomax Road.
Residents are invited to join the city and ADOT for an in-person public meeting to review final design information, learn what to expect during construction, ask questions and provide input 5-7 p.m., Wednesday, Oct. 21.
A presentation will begin at 6 p.m., followed by a question/answer session with project team members in the multipurpose room at Lake Pleasant Elementary School, 31501 N. Westland Road.
