Sport Clips Haircuts, dedicated to men’s and boys’ hair care, opened Aug. 7 in Mesa’s East Gate Plaza shopping center at 3442 S Ellsworth Road.
The new locally-owned business is the latest of the franchise’s almost 1,800 locations across the U.S. and Canada, and the 11th for the Mesa area.
“Sport Clips offers our clients the expertise of professional stylists in a fun and exciting environment where they can enjoy watching sports on TV during their haircut. We look forward to introducing clients to our game-changing services and distinctive experience,” Val Hill, owner of the new Sport Clips with his business partner Jared Lee, said in a release.
Since meeting in college, Hill and Lee shared a vision of owning a business together. In 2005, they took the leap into franchising by acquiring their first Sport Clips store. The opening of the new Mesa location represents Lee and Hill’s 67th Sport Clips store, building on 21 years of commitment to delivering championship haircut experiences across Arizona, Utah, Washington, and Oregon.
At Sport Clips, clients get more than just a haircut, they get a “Championship Haircut Experience.” Clients can enjoy watching their favorite sports on TV and relax in comfortable barber chairs along with:
TA precision haircut, massaging shampoo, hot steamed towel, and neck and shoulder treatment.
The team specializes in hair care for men and boys and is always up-to-date on the latest trends.
