A special-use permit for a comprehensive sign plan for a Fairfield by Marriott hotel approximately 1,600 feet west of the northwest corner of South Signal Butte Road and U.S. Highway 60 is to be discussed at Wednesday’s meeting of the Mesa Board of Adjustment.
The board meets at 5 p.m. for a study session with a 5:30 p.m. meeting Sept. 2 in the council chambers 20 E. Main St.
The sign plan is for a hotel development in the limited commercial with a planned area development overlay district, Planner Kwasi Abebrese said in a written staff report.
