Recovia opens treatment center in Mesa

Includes pain management clinic, behavioral health center

Recovia recently announced the grand opening of its new treatment center at 6553 E. Baywood in Mesa, which offers noninterventional pain management and behavioral health integrated treatment programs.

It is Recovia’s fifth location in the Valley along with Tempe, Deer Valley and two in Phoenix, according to a release.

Recovia Program Director Dr. Devin Lincenberg said the new location — along with the treatment center’s tele-health program — will help them better serve those going through recovery.

“Recovia is excited to open our new location in Mesa. As our treatment center continues to grow, we are able to provide easier access to individuals across the Valley seeking help with chronic pain, substance use issues and/or mental health concerns,” Lincenberg said in the release. “Facing these struggles and making the decision to seek help is difficult for many, and we expect that easier access to our facilities will be immensely helpful for people in need in our community."

The Mesa location will help new and existing patients find easier access to care by giving them a treatment center closer to home, while also allowing the clinic to establish stronger relationships with doctors in the area, David Luksenburg, Recovia partner development manager, said in the release.

“Establishing a location in Mesa makes it easier for patients to find treatment closer to home and opens up new relationships with doctors and health care companies in the area,” he said.

Recovia is a non-interventional pain clinic and behavioral health center specializing in treatments for chronic pain, general mental health, and addiction. The programs offer an integrated outpatient approach to address prescription medication dependency, chronic pain and substance abuse. All programs are based on an interdisciplinary model, combining both medical, behavioral and holistic treatment modalities.
