Pecos 17 developer nearing completion on industrial buildings in Mesa

Scottsdale-based Cavan Commercial is nearing completion on Pecos 17, a 12-building, 168,000-square-foot neighborhood flex bay campus in Mesa.

Pecos 17 is expected to be completed by May 2026, according to a press release.

The project is being developed along East Pecos Road within the Pecos Advanced Manufacturing Zone near the Mesa Gateway Airport and Loop 202.

When complete, the campus would serve small and midsize business seeking ownership opportunities rather than traditional small-bay industrial leases upon completion. The 12 buildings would include 21 total units ranging from 6,338 to 15,802 interior square feet and private outdoor owner yards that would range from 5,596 to 75,204 square feet. The buildings are designed by Pinnacle Design and constructed by CHASSE Building Team.
