The Mesa City Council voted 6-0 April 7 as part of a consent agenda with other items to recommend the Arizona Department of Liquor License and Control approve the license for Toast LLC, 7641 E. Guadalupe Road Suite 104-105. Councilmember Francisco Heredia was absent.
