Outcast Doughnuts opened a location April 16 at 60 W. Vaughn Ave., suite 107, Gilbert, inside Level 1 Arcade Bar. The doughnuts have individual layers of croissant dough and curated toppings. It also sells breakfast sandwiches. www.outcastdoughnuts.com
