A new single-family build-to-rent community, Marketside Villas at Verrado, is now leasing in Buckeye at 21045 W. McDowell Road.
Developed by P.B. Bell and Everest Holdings, Marketside Villas at Verrado features standalone and duplex style one, two, and three-bedroom floor plans with features like stainless steel appliances, direct access garages on select homes and smart door locks. The community offers clubhouse access with a 24-hour fitness center, pool and spa, and pet park.
Dependent on floor plan, the rentals start at $1,800 each month.
