Two Gold Star mothers joined Mayor Thomas L. Schoaf, retired Air Force Col. Russell A. Everts and about 200 others at the World War II monument in Litchfield Park early Monday morning to pay tribute to America’s fallen.
Tammy Pulaski, mother of Army Spc. Jeremiah W. Pulaski of Glendale, and Patty Rabjohn, mother of former Marine, Phoenix Police officer and Army Staff Sgt. Thomas D. Rabjohn of Litchfield Park, listened as Mayor Schoaf welcomed everyone to the in-person Memorial Day ceremony.
Last year’s ceremony was closed to the public and livestreamed on Facebook due to COVID-19 pandemic safety concerns.
