Firebirds Wood Fired Grill celebrated the opening of its first Goodyear restaurant at 14848 W. McDowell Road with a ribbon-cutting ceremony Sept. 24.
The ceremony was originally scheduled for Sept. 8 but was postponed after the opening was delayed. Goodyeary Mayor Joe Pizzillo and West Valley Regional Chamber President and CEO Jeffrey Campos attended.
The approximately 5,600-square-foot restaurant serves hand-cut steaks and seafood prepared on an exposed wood-fired grill.
The restaurant also offers an early dinner menu with select dishes priced at $19.95, available from 3 to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
