Dysart students named to All-State Show Choir

The Arizona Choral Educators named numerous Dysart Unified School District high school students to the Arizona All-State Show Choir.

Top 100 students were chosen from around the state after rigorous auditions, including live singing and dancing Sept. 19.  Selected students learn and memorize the performance songs and choreography for a three-day festival in November.

“Being selected for the All-State Show Choir is an incredible accomplishment and a reflection of the talent, dedication, and hard work of our Dysart students,” stated Dysart Schools Director of Arts Danae Marinelli. “These students have challenged themselves to perform at the highest level alongside some of the finest young musicians in Arizona. We are extremely proud of them and grateful for the outstanding music educators who have helped prepare, encourage, and inspire them along the way.”
