This group, supported by the Dementia-Friendly Glendale Action Team, meets once a month and provides encouragement, connection, and information for individuals experiencing dementia and their care partners.
Care partners will receive information, support and peer connection. They have an opportunity to learn about programs and services available through local service providers.
