Honor Flight Arizona is a 100% volunteer organization. In addition to community outreach, volunteers plan all aspects of each trip - meal planning, hotel accommodations, safe passage through security, banquet dinners with guest speakers, scheduling tours, flights and buses.
Honor Flight volunteers organize and carry out all fundraising activities and community events. Volunteers pay their own way to accompany the veterans on honor flights.
The Anasazi Chapter DAR is based on Glendale and meets the third Saturday of the month, September through May. Information is available at https://anasazi.arizonadar.org/
