Veterans Singleply Holdings purchased an office and warehouse property in Gilbert on Jan. 5 for $1.63 million, or about $187 per square foot, according to commercial real-estate website vizzda.com.
The sellers were Terry and Roxane Evans, doing business as American Bike and Trike.
The property, at 3272 S. 147th Place, Gilbert, includes about 8,689 square feet of space on 1.09 acres. It consists of a 3,873-square-foot house and office and a 4,816-square-foot industrial building built in 1998. The site is zoned business park and commercial-business park.
