Those who know and love Sun City and want to help new or even long-term residents connect to the very things that make Sun City special are welcome to volunteer with the Sun City Welcome Center.
Formerly known as the Sun City Visitors Center, the center is seeking volunteers to help connect members and cardholders of the Recreation Centers of Sun City with amenities, activities, clubs and community services to support their best lives.
The unique facility, located at the Bell Recreation Center, 16824 N. 99th Ave., offers many resources to help RCSC members and cardholders find clubs, club events and amenities.
Current volunteers help answer factual questions, provide brochures about clubs and recreation centers, bowling and golf courses and even help with Sun City Experience tours held often to introduce the original Sun City to new and current residents.
To apply, contact the Sun City Welcome Center at 623-977-5000 or visit in person.
