Redeemer Bible Church has acquired a former Fry's Food property at 3751 E. Baseline Road in Gilbert for $10.15 million, according to commercial real-estate website vizzda.com.
The sale closed June 17. Financing for the purchase includes a $7.06 million loan from CDF Capital. Loan documents indicate the debt is secured by the purchased property and an additional church property and is scheduled to mature July 1, 2031.
The seller is Desert View Baptist Church. Property records indicate the seller traces to Trish O. Coury and Pete J. Coury.
