The retail site for Paw Commons Pet Resort recently sold for $1.4 million.

A small retail site just north of the Heritage District in Gilbert has sold for more than $1 million.

The buiding for Paws Commons Pet Resort at 601 N. Gilbert Road sold Jan. 26 for $1.4 million to Paws Common Realty, LLC, an entity tracing to Jerrol McLeod, according to commercial real estate site vizzda.com.

The seller was Yellow Dog LLC, an entity tracing to Steve Belknap.

A small retail site just north of the Heritage District in Gilbert has sold for more than $1 million.

The seller was Yellow Dog LLC, an entity tracing to Steve Belknap.

The building is an 8,528-square-foot freestanding single-story, single-tenant retail building built in 1986 on 0.55 acres zoned general commercial. It has 24 parking spaces.
