VA Outpatient Clinic property in Gilbert sold

Gilbert Medical Holdings LLC, an entity tracing to Beaudin Construction, acquired on Dec. 29 the property of a Veterans Administration Outpatient Clinic in Gilbert for $29 million, according to commercial real-estate website vizzda.com. 

The property at 3285 S. Val Vista Drive, Gilbert, was acquired from Gilbert Healthcare Special LLC, an entity tracing to David Stringfield and Brant Bryan, which are doing business as Fairway Equities LLC, with $1.75 million down and an assumption of two loans in the amounts of $27.84 million and $1.7 million with Wells Fargo Bank.  

The loans have outstanding balances of $22.79 million and $1.4 million respectively. In addition, both loans bear interest rates of 4.78%. 

The building is two stories with 71,392 square feet of medical office space. It was built in 2012 on 8.87 acres.
