Banner enters sale-leaseback on Gilbert health center

Banner Health has sold and leased back a health center in Gilbert.

The Banner Health Center at 155 E. Warner Road was part of a $32 million three-property portfolio sale Jan. 22, with the Gilbert center’s portion being worth $8.15 million, according to commercial real-estate website vizzda.com.

The sale was to an entity tracing to Stockdale Capital Partners with $25 million in new cross-collateralized debt with Siemens Financial Services.

The Gilbert center is a 22,193-square-foot medical office that is in a single-story, single-tenant building built in 2013 on 11.77 acres.

Banner Health then began the same day a 12-year lease with four five-year options to extend the lease potentially through 2056.
