Park University renews lease for Gilbert campus through 2029

Park University has extended its lease with the town of Gilbert.

Park University will remain in Gilbert’s Heritage District for at least three more years after renewing its lease with the town for space in the University Building.

The approved third amendment to the university’s lease extends the agreement through June 30, 2029. The three-year extension represents the final renewal option available under the existing lease.

Park occupies 25,902 square feet in the University Building at 92 W. Vaughn Ave.
