Newest suspects in Lord case also had previous interactions with Gilbert police

Gilbert police had several previous interactions with the two newest suspects arrested in the Preston Lord homicide.

Taylor Sherman, 19, and Jacob Meisner, 17, each were charged Thursday with first-degree murder and one count of kidnapping in Lord's death Oct. 30, two days after he was beaten outside a party in Queen Creek. Meisner also was charged with one count of aggravated robbery.

As Gilbert Police Chief Michael Soelberg did with the four previously charged suspects — Dominic Turner, 20; William Owen Hines, 18; Talan Renner, 17; and Talyn Vigil, 17 — the department released its summary of its interactions with the suspect.
