The Keli May Foundation has opened applications for its annual Artist Spotlight Scholarship, which supports emerging musicians in the Phoenix area.
Now in its sixth year, the scholarship was established in 2020 to assist young artists making a positive impact in their communities through music. It honors Keli Rutledge, the daughter of the foundation’s founders, who died in 2016 in Gilbert.
The nonprofit organization, which focuses on supporting young adults in foster care, will award three recipients with cash prizes intended for music education and equipment expenses.
