The Higley Unified School District Governing Board unanimously approved an amended exclusive listing agreement with Nathan & Associates on July 14, clearing the way for the district to market approximately 18.8 acres near Loop 202 and Power Road for sale.
Before approving the agreement on a 5-0 vote, board members amended the contract to remove language authorizing the real estate brokerage to market the property for lease, limiting the agreement to a potential sale.
The property is located west of the southwest corner of Loop 202 and Power Road in Gilbert.
