Gilbert officials will host a public open house May 14 to provide information on planned improvements at Freestone Park.

The meeting will be held from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the park’s softball fields, where residents could review project plans, speak with staff and provide feedback.

The open house follows an informal format with no formal presentation, allowing attendees to arrive at any time during the scheduled hour.
