East Valley cities partner to provide on‑site services at community impact event

Volunteers help sort clothes for the East Valley Community Impact Day.

Gilbert, Tempe, Chandler and Mesa partnered to offer a range of social‑service resources during East Valley Community Impact Day, held at Redemption Gilbert.

The event connected about 300 people with housing and employment assistance, health services, benefits enrollment, pet vaccinations, clothing, and grooming services intended to support job readiness.

Support for families and veterans was also available.
