Prison-expansion bonds to be discussed by Pinal County industrial development authority March 24

A resolution on correctional facility contract revenue bonds is to be considered by the Board of Directors of The Industrial Development Authority of the County of Pinal at a special meeting at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 24 in Phoenix.
It will be held in the Mead Conference Room of Ryley, Carlock and Applewhite, legal counsel to the IDA, 1 N. Central Ave. Suite 1200 in Phoenix.
The board of directors is to consider and take action as appropriate with regard to the following matters:
Approval of minutes of previous meeting;
Adoption of a resolution granting final approval for the issuance of the Authority's Correctional Facility Contract Revenue Bonds (Florence West Prison Expansion, LLC Project) Series 2020, in one or more series, the proceeds of which will be sued to fund a loan to Florence West Prison Expansion, LLC for refunding of the Authority's Correctional Facility Contract Revenue Bonds (Florence West Prison Expansion, LLC Project) Series 2006A);
Payment of invoices; and
Such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
