TSMC Arizona looks for performance, fit in internship program

That’s the mantra Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. officials use for its summer internship program in north Phoenix.

This summer, there are 198 participants from about 60 different colleges and universities who could be offered jobs upon completion depending on their performance, according to Rebecca Brewer, university recruiter at TSMC Arizona.
