Padeland opens in downtown Chandler's former LOOK theater building

Padeland is open at 1 W. Chandler Boulevard in downtown Chandler, in most of the former LOOK Cinemas building, on the southwest corner of Arizona Avenue and Chandler Boulevard.

The paddle and pickleball club has most of the former movie theater building, with Lomas Cocina de Mexico in the front, where the movie lobby and bar were located.

Padeland has indoor courts, a weights and strength area, a “wellness area,” a coffee bar, an outdoor terrace and a co-working area.

The LOOK Cinemas movie theaters, as well as the bar and cafe, closed in February 2025, just after the Chandler International Film Festival had concluded for that year.
