Chandler offering 3 'HOA Academies' this month

Any Chandler resident who lives in a homeowners' or property owners' association community can learn more about how an HOA operates at one or more of four events this month. The City of Chandler’s "HOA Academy" returns this April with four virtual sessions.
Any Chandler resident who lives in a homeowners' or property owners' association community can learn more about how an HOA operates at one or more of four events this month.
The City of Chandler’s "HOA Academy" returns this April with four virtual sessions, according to a news release.
The city’s HOA Academy is conducted by the firm by Mulcahy Law Firm, P.C. It educates residents and homeowner association board members about the various tools, resources and recent legislation that impacts their neighborhoods.
The academies are online from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. on the first four Wednesdays of April. The topics are:
April 2 - Back to the Basics: The ABCs of HOAs and Condos including Roles and Responsibilities of the Board
April 9 - Triple Topic Class: How to Select and Management Company, Tips for Dealing with Vendors, The Nuts and Bolts of Contracts
April 16 - Enforcement of CC&Rs and Parking Headaches
April 23 - HOA/Condo Finances 101
