Chandler is growing fast. The population is rising, new companies are moving in, and major projects are shaping the future of the local economy.
But with all that growth comes one big challenge: Chandler is running out of undeveloped land.
Tuesday's half-day experience takes residents and other attendees behind the scenes of the most important development decisions happening this year or soon.
The tour is a chance to see exactly how the city plans to manage buildout, redevelopment and the next wave of business expansion.
The tour leaves the Chandler Fashion Center, 3111 W. Chandler Blvd., at 8 a.m. and concludes at noon.
Seats are limited and this event sells out quickly each year. Secure a spot by clicking here and see Chandler’s growth story from the front row.
The cost is $30 for Chandle Chamber members and $50 for non-members.
