Phoenix reimagines First Fridays on Roosevelt Row without street closures

First Fridays on Roosevelt Row is seeking to get back to its roots.

The city of Phoenix is starting a year-long pilot program that will allow arts and food vendors to return to Roosevelt Row without street closures for the event. They can instead seek permits to set up shop on private property for the event.

Phoenix District 7 Councilmember Anna Hernandez said she hoped the pilot program will “once again make Roosevelt Row an exciting destination on First Fridays.”
