Zack House, Chris Lind and Mark Ruble, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Phoenix office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a limited liability company.
Developed in 2019, this Super Star Car Wash location is surrounded by several new residential, multi-housing and senior-housing community developments. It is also less than one mile down the road from Glendale Community College.
