Cairo’s Gyros opened in January at 1561 N. Cooper Road, suite 101, Gilbert. The restaurant will have a grand opening Feb. 20. It has a Mediterranean menu with wraps, plates and sandwiches as well as Greek salads and hummus platters. 602-506-6824. www.cairosgyrosllc.com
