Tempe's annual Unity Walk returns Jan. 27.

Residents of Chandler, Gilbert, Guadalupe, Mesa, Phoenix, Scottsdale and Tempe will gather at Tempe Town Lake to celebrate peace, mutual respect and understanding at the annual Regional Unity Walk on Saturday, Jan. 27.
The short, 1-mile walk, which has been a community tradition for 18 years, begins and ends at Tempe Beach Park with residents of neighboring communities, a city release explained.

The Unity Walk festival starts at 4:30 p.m. with music, food and fun, with the walk itself following at 6 p.m.
