The Ken McDonald Golf Course will be conducting renovations of its clubhouse soon.

The city of Tempe will begin the first phase of renovations to the Ken McDonald Golf Course to improve the irrigation and clubhouse on the property.
The first phase will include improvements to course conditions and irrigation as the current system is in need of replacement to ensure longevity of the course.
The golf course will remain open throughout construction, with some minor periodic impacts to golfers. Course staff and website will keep players up to date on any impacts.
The second phase of improvements will include renovating the existing clubhouse, as well as adding an indoor/outdoor patio and more parking near the clubhouse. This will increase indoor and outdoor space to the structure and improve the below-ground cart barn.
Final design work for the clubhouse project is currently underway, with construction anticipated to begin by the end of 2026.
