Childsplay will have its World of Wonder gala May 4 at the Clayton House in Scottsdale, 3719 N. 75th St.

The Making Magic-themed fundraiser will include music, live and silent auctions, dinner, entertainment and the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of Arizona students and families, according to a release.

Proceeds from the event help provide free and reduced-price theater tickets, classroom drama experiences, professional training for Arizona’s teachers and more, organizers said.

This year’s event, which begins at 6 p.m., will present the It Takes a Village award to John Price and Daleen Keller-Price, and Salt River Project will be honored for more than 40 years of support to Childsplay.

Individual tickets will be on sale for $375. Tables, which consist of 10 tickets, can be purchased for $3,750, and corporate sponsorships start at $5,000. Ticket and sponsorship information can be found at www.childsplayaz.org/index.php/get-involved/WOWGala2024
