Dutch Bros Coffee is purchasing the assets of the closing And Go business Wednesday, according to documents from U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Southern Texas.
The documents show Tempe-based Dutch Bros will purchase And Go’s assets of $105 million. And Go was known for its Salad And Go business in the Valley.
Dutch Bros will take over And Go’s leases and equipment at its Arizona and Nevada drive-thru locations, converting them to sell coffee, beverages, and food items. The documents also show the locations don’t require any alterations or maintenance since they operate in drive-thru-only formats.
