Progressive leadership detrimental to public safety

OPINION — If the progressive party’s strategy is to end representative government (democracy), then the sum of their control tactics begin to add up.
Lately progressive leadership’s actions are detrimental to public safety, discriminatory and inciting civil unrest. Remember 2020-2024, Biden’s glaring deficiencies were excused while an invasion was in progress. When Biden’s deficiencies were publicly exposed party leaders quickly pushed him aside. Without voter input Harris became the progressive party’s autocratically anointed candidate.
If the progressives believed they could win a honest and transparent election, why would they be adamantly opposed to voter IDs? IDs are commonly used to obtain government welfare or before boarding an airplane. Only a twisted sense of morality could label voter IDs as racist.
The unelected bureaucracy’s control mechanisms, engrained over time into many governmental functions, are being challenged. Progressives, instead of helping to correct failed procedures they themselves acknowledge have allowed waste, fraud and abuse, attempt to discredit those uncovering the corruption.
Multiple assassination attempts on the president; Charlie Kirk’s murder; the insurance executive’s murder; mob violence, were not universally spurned by progressive leaders. Progressive rhetoric sometimes condones politically motivated violence, harboring illegal aliens, protecting repeat criminals and deliberately endangering Americans by keeping vital government functions shutdown. Defunding local police and enforcement agencies decreases public safety.
Lawfare is a popular progressive strategy. Recently the progressive governor, knowing it was a potentially illegal maneuver, attempted to gerrymander Virginia’s redistricting to steal an unfair advantage in the upcoming midterms. The Virginia Supreme Court overturned the progressives’ gerrymandering ploy. Progressives’ lawfare has caused conflicts.
The progressive group-think pattern applies terms like “equity,” “racial” or “social justice” as their defense for potentially breaking legal and moral laws.
When their maneuverings are overturned, progressives double down on their race-based ploys to agitate civil unrest and employ activist organizations.
