A use permit was approved to allow a youth athletic performance training business in a general industrial zoning district in Tempe.
The Tempe Design Review Commission on July 28 voted unanimously to approve a consent agenda with other items including the permit for Redline Athletics, 1231 W. Warner Road Suite No. 101.
The applicant, Adam Finkel of Redline Athletics, is planning a specialized facility offering training for speed, agility, strength training, mobility and sports-specific training, it states in a Tempe staff report.
