Dr. Jason Heavens of Heavens Urgent Care in Apache Junction recently opened a new medical practice in Tempe affiliated with MD VIP.
“This whole idea came about because I listened to my mid-life and older patients who need more than an urgent-care visit — they need personalized primary care, longevity options and functional health strategies,” Heavens said in a release. “MD VIP is a new approach to wellness. A VIP experience is waiting for you at my office.”
Heavens is more than a primary care provider, he is a wellness coach who believes in the holistic approach of preventative care, fitness, nutrition, sleep, stress management and healthier aging, the release states.
He speaks English, French and intermediate Spanish.
