French Toast Cafe opens in Tempe

What was once Kyoto Bowl on the corner of 1245 W. Elliot in Tempe is now French Toast Cafe, serving breakfast and lunch seven days a week. 

French Toast Cafe first opened in Mesa in 2025 at the corner of Sossoman and Guadalupe. The menu features breakfast items, lunch items and specialty items like a French toast flight. 

Restaurant leadership is looking forward to welcoming guests to the new location and is excited to bring delicious food and quality service to Tempe. 

"Our warm and welcoming atmosphere is ideal for families, friends, and solo diners alike. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and delicious food that brings people together," the website says. 

To celebrate the opening of the Tempe location, all guests receive 10% off through Thursday.
