Feta Cowboy, a new fast-casual restaurant from the culinary minds behind Pita Jungle, is officially open at 1840 E. Warner Road in the McClintock Fountains retail plaza in Tempe.
Blending the bold flavors of the Mediterranean and the Southwest, Feta Cowboy offers a fresh, in-house crafted menu with customizable, build-your-own options that cater to every taste bud, a press release explained.
The new 2,800-square-foot concept features assembly-style ordering, a main dining room, and a spacious patio that can accommodate up to 94 guests. Open seven days a week for lunch and dinner, Feta Cowboy is the perfect spot to grab a quick bite on the go or relax and unwind with a glass of wine, the release stated.
Bassel Osmani, co-founder of Feta Cowboy, said in the release that the restaurant brings together healthy nutrition and layers of flavor in special ways to create “simply amazing food.”
“At Feta Cowboy, the food and flavors are a delicious manifestation of our beautiful American gastronomical experience and the interconnectedness of global cuisine,” Osmani said.
Guests can explore vibrant ingredients, including premium rice like calrose and basmati, legumes such as green lentils du puy and roma beans, and proteins like brisket, birria, shawarma, taouk and gyro — all slowly braised, grilled or fresh off the rotisserie.
Feta Cowboy is now open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. For more, visit www.FetaCowboy.com and follow along on social media at @FetaCowboy.
