An investigation is underway following a shooting Friday night in Tempe that sent two juveniles to a hospital.

The shooting occurred near Evergreen and University Drive where a teen and another person were walking.

A vehicle, occupied by four juveniles, drove by and there was an exchange of gunfire, police said.

The teen was injured and taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The vehicle left the scene but was found in the area. Shortly after finding it, police said they found its occupants - one of whom was taken to a hospital.

On Friday night, police said there is no imminent danger to the community.
