Swim school breaks ground for Surprise market

Chandler-based Gold Medal Swim plans spot on Cactus Road

Gold Medal Swim School began its entry into the Surprise market when it broke ground June 8 at an official city ceremony.

The new school at 16517 W. Cactus Road is a family-owned company based in Chandler that has been providing swim instruction for swimmers of all ages and skill levels for nearly two decades.

Mayor Kevin Sartor helped owner Mike Walker and the Gold Medal team celebrate the occasion.
