Surprise to improve Marley Park splash pad in November

The Surprise Parks and Recreation Department announced upcoming renovations to the splash pad at Marley Park.
After the splash pad closes for the season on Nov. 1, improvements to the area will begin Nov. 15. Work is expected to be completed by time city of all Surprise splash pads reopen on April 1.
“As we work to enhance the park’s amenities for our community, we kindly ask for your patience during this time,” the city wrote in a news release to residents. “Thank you for your continued support while we strive to improve our great park. We look forward to unveiling a refreshed splash pad in the spring.”
