Surprise school district's special education records available for review

The Dysart Unified School District will begin destroying archived special education records from the 2021-2022 school year in July.

The Dysart Unified School District will begin destroying archived special education records from the 2021-2022 school year in July.

Records are maintained for four fiscal years following a student’s final enrollment in a special education program.

Parents, guardians or eligible students have the right to review or request copies of these documents before they are destroyed.
