Surprise school district needs trustee for employee trust

The Dysart Unified School District is seeking individuals that live within its boundaries who are interested in becoming a trustee for the Employee Benefits Trust.
One position is availableDUS for a three-year term.
The deadline to apply is Friday, May 23.
The purpose of the district’s trust is to provide guidance and support on the district’s benefits that are provided to employees.
The Employee Benefits Trust has the following powers and duties: receiving contributions paid to the trust, providing benefits and determining coverage, responsible for the administration of all and employee benefits.
The board consists of five member trustees and meets four times a year.
The DUSD Governing Board appoints all trustees.
